About Monkey
Meet Monkey! Rescued from a large stray cat colony at a young age, Monkey didn't have the easiest start to life. For this reason he is quite shy with people he doesn't know, but being a young kitten we know he has every opportunity to flourish into a confident house cat in the right home. He's already displaying what a kind, sweet and trusting little boy lays beneath the timid fassade, after only a few weeks in his foster home.
So what kind of home are we looking for for our special little boy? We are looking for a patient family who will give Monkey the time he needs to settle into his new home, who will take the time to build trust with him and teach him the many joys of being a loved indoor pet. Speaking of indoor - Monkey is looking for a secure indoor only home, one with a secure outdoor cat enclosure would be ideal! As he just loves to sit out in his foster home's enclosure, too.
Monkey would benefit from having a second cat in his new home to help guide him, and has been living in a multi cat home with his foster mama without any issues. He is also used to living with a cat friendly dog. No small children please - we think they might be a bit overwhelming for Monkey.
If you think you're the purrfect fit for our purrfect little Monkey man, fill in an application and say Hi!
