Dante came to the RSPCA after being found roaming the streets. It was difficult for him to settle down in the shelter, but once he was placed into foster care, he blossomed into a wonderful gentle cat. Dante has spent his time in foster care beloved by the other cats and kittens. He is one of nature's true gentlemen and has played a huge role in bringing up three foster kittens, teaching them to eat, groom, play with toys and each other. If the kittens ventured somewhere he knew or even suspected they shouldn't go, he would pick them up and bring them back to safety. It may take a while for Dante to settle into his new home, but once he does, he will be super affectionate and has no dignity when asking for tummy rubs. He will reward you with lots of smooches and very loud purring. He is a serious cat when he has responsibilities but will play with ping pong balls and wand toys whenever he has the opportunity. Dante will be happiest in a household with other cats for company and would be fine with older children who respect his boundaries. Because of his cute little pink nose, Dante will need to be an inside cat.
