About Rice

Meet Rice!
Rice is an approx. 11 week old male Chihuahua x Cattle Dog. You may remember his two sisters who were recently here, Tikka & Masala!
Rice is a super sweet little man who loves to play and have cuddles! He has the cutest little bob tail which despite its length, still lets you know just how happy and cheeky he is!
Rice is looking for a fun filled home who is able to teach him all of the basics of being a polite boy! Being a puppy, Rice will get along with cats and other dogs if he is shown how to socialize. He would suit a young family or active person to play with him and burn off that puppy energy.
Rice will come to you desexed, microchipped, had his first vaccination (C3 & C5), worm and flea treated.

Adoption details
Our adoption process is easy. You will receive a application for the animals you are interested in. Please full that in and send it back to us.
Even though you may be first to message, this does not always guarantee you will be chosen to adopt. By no means do we run on a "first in, first served basis". We aim to ensure that our animals are adopted into the most suitable home for them and the new family.
With all our animals, we go on what our vet has told us and what we believe the breed and age to be. We never guarantee the breed or age but take the best educated guess.
Please note: Our shelter is located in the Snowy Mountains. We are a 5 hour drive from Sydney and Melbourne and 2 to 3 hours from Canberra.
