About Odin
Odin – 8 month old male - Foster Carer required with the view to Adopt
Location – Blue Mountains Area, NSW
We are excited to introduce Odin! A very handsome 8 month old brindle bobtail boxer boy (try saying that 3 times fast!) looking for a foster home with a view to adoption.
Like all young male boxers, Odin is a boisterous and friendly young lad who needs foster parents who can show him the ropes and teach him how to behave and become a much loved family member.
Odin has had the influence of his older doggie brother to teach him how to socialise with other dogs and would suit a family that has a female desexed dog to continue that socialisation.
He is fully house trained and loves his squeaky toys as well as doing all the usual boxer crazy stuff (backyard zoomies etc). Odin also loves to spend time inside just chilling on his beanbag with his humans close by or giving and receiving love and cuddles.
Odin can make you smile with his facial expressions or when sleeping on his back with his legs up in the air!
He can sometimes be shy when meeting new dogs but quickly becomes fast friends once they play. Odin loves meeting all sorts of people. He is getting used to longer car rides and loves long walks. He tends to be a very quiet dog who does not bark often.
Sorry, Odin would not be suitable to a home with a cat.
Please be aware that if you have another dog, you need to be prepared to bring her for a meet and greet.
If you have the time, love and patience to turn Odin into a fantastic companion, then please apply today!

Why fostering?
BRNA has the policy that all dogs need to be vet checked, microchipped, desexed and up-to-date with their vaccinations before they can be adopted. This all happens while in foster care (we pay the vet). When the vet work has been completed, the dog will be available for adoption.
Adoption process
If the dog is happy; the foster family are happy; we are happy and it’s a good match, we usually give our foster carers the first chance of adoption
