About Lily and Spike
Lily and Spike are a bonded pair of sweet, gentle, rotund Pug x Cavaliers. They adore each other and are looking for a fabulous new home where they will get to live their best lives, sniffing and snoozing.
They really enjoy hanging out with their carer while she works although we have to warn you these two are often caught napping on the job;). A home where their new family are home more often than not would be best however they can be left for a few hours at a time.
This pair of pooches are not suitable for apartment living, they need a backyard that they can access when they need a break from the couch. They are great with children but NOT suitable for a home with cats, birds, pocket pets or wildlife generally.
Lily and Spike must have access inside as they please, and are super chillers inside.
They both enjoy their daily outings and whilst they would not be considered athletes,
do need a good daily walk where they can sniff and explore the neighbourhood. They enjoy being off leash in safe areas and as you
can see by photos they have been really enjoying trips to the beach so a home where this would be possible a few times a week would be a great fit.
The squishy faced twins, are currently on a diet! Any adopters will need to stick to a strict feeding schedule in order to help shed those covid kilos, as both have a little too much junk in the trunk.
They would also benefit from ongoing joint supplements like Antinol for a proactive solution to arthritis that may develop from carrying so much weight.
Lily and Spike are truly delightful, they would suit an array of different family types, they are friendly with other dogs and are comfortable in both a city and suburban environment.
If you think you are the right match for Lily and Spike please send as much detail as possible on yourself and the home you are able to provide including, family members, other pets if any, lifestyle, exercise and mental stimulation you will provide, how often Lily and Spike would be alone, where they will have access in the home, where they would go if you went away and could not take them with you, ability to cover vet expenses and any other information you wish to provide.
Medical notes
Lily has had a dental and Spike will have one before rehoming
