About Moo
Hello there, I am Moo! 🐮
This kitten is a very special little guy for a lot of reasons, and we’ve got so much to tell you to explain why ❤️ Moo sees the world very differently to you and me, in that he doesn’t see it at all 👀 He has been blind since birth due to retinal dysplasia, and had to have his left eye removed to relieve him of glaucoma. Although it has been a tough road, Moo has adjusted to life in his own very special way 😻
An independent, confident and inquisitive kitten, Moo is often found adventuring in places you’d not expect. Scaling bed heads, napping at the top of the cat tree, claiming your dinner plate, exploring kitchen cupboards and kitty parkour are just a few of his passions. He loves to prance and bounce around, chasing god knows what, and he will definitely provide you with endless entertainment in your home 🏡 Any pent up energy is taken out on kicker toys, and preforming somersaults on the couch is one of Moo’s finest talents 🐈⬛➰🛋
Moo enjoys the company of his foster siblings, and likes to rile them up to wrestle and play chase 🐱🐱 He would best suit to a home with another cat companion who will join in the fun and show him the ropes, but also give him space when he needs it.
After a busy day of mischief, Moo will always find his way to your lap for snuggles, no matter where you are. A loving head scratch from you will be rewarded with the sweetest of purrs, and a belly rub is always welcomed.
Every day Moo impresses us more and more with his resilience and his ability to adapt, learn and adjust to his surroundings. He will make some mistakes here in there - bumping into walls or falling off furniture - but he takes it all in his stride and carries on like any kitten would. He has never once let his lack of vision slow him down, and watching him learn and grow is truly an honour. Moo is a tough little kitten with so much love to give.
Our special needs kitten would be suited to a family home with another kitty companion and must maintain an indoor-only lifestyle for his ongoing safety and well-being. He would make the PURRfect cat companion for home bodies with the time to spoil him silly…
