About Odin
Odin is a beautiful purebred Rottweiler with a loving, adventurous and goofy temperament.
He’s over 50kg’s of pure love. Odin’s forever home will be with an experienced handler who can ensure his life is being lived to the fullest.
Odin loves just about any activity he can do with his humans, some of his favourites include riding in the car, swimming, exploring the world and playing tug of war. He’s more than happy to stay by your side, follow you around the house, and snooze at your feet.
Odin’s also very well equipped with the basics of training, though would love his new people to continue this training with him.
His forever home will need to commit to ongoing training as Odin can be wary and frightened around dogs he does not know. He can safely and calmly walk past a dog on the street if they keep their distance (a couple of meters away). He has been attacked previously and remembers that other dogs can be scary. He does have dog friends and has lived with several girlfriends in the past. His most recent girlfriend is below in the pool videos.
The ideal home for Odin is an adult-only home, where he will always be the apple of his humans’ eye.
Being a typical rott, he takes his guardian role seriously and is skeptical of male strangers and prefers if they don’t touch him.
He has (literally and figuratively) an enormous heart and needs humans who will love him as much as he will love them, and commit to meeting his every need.
