Mercury is a mixed breed pup and will likely be medium size when full grown. She is a playful girl and like any young puppy is a blank canvas - she hasn't met other dogs, cats or animals so with a controlled, positive introduction should be able to adjust to new pets/kids etc. Has been handled by children since being in SAFE's care.
Puppies are so cute! But they are a huge commitment and need a lot of your time and focus to ensure they grow up well mannered, social with other dogs, and easy to handle. Your new puppy will require: puppy training, lots of interaction, playtime and once fully vaccinated, daily walks to keep her from getting bored and destructive as well as used to socialising with other dogs; play toys and teethers, and more than anything, your time and love. While she is young, she will do best in a home with someone around the majority of the time: you can't leave a young puppy on its own for long hours without creating problems.
If you feel you can geniunely provide a loving, active, committed home to an energetic mixed breed pup, not only now while they are small but also as they grow and start chewing, digging and needing lots of exercise, then please follow the link above to apply - only applicants having completed the SAFE Adoption Enquiry form will be considered.
