All About Me and My Unique Personality:
Candy is a sweet young kitty that is looking for a family that will commit to her for the rest of her life. She prefers to be the only feline so she can have all of your attention. Candy loves pats and will come up to you for cuddles. She's learning to love being picked up, but still wriggles around a bit in your arms. She will follow you around to help you with the housework, is a fan of Netflix & Britbox (she's can binge watch with the best of them) and is especially prone to snoozing in a sunny spot - any sunny spot really :)
My Ideal Home:
Candy is looking for a family that will love her and keep her safe. As with all of our cats, she is rehomed as 100% indoor only, not only for her safety but for that of our native wildlife. She has had all her vet work done - microchipped, flea and worm treated, desexed and 2 vaccinations - she's ready to move in and her bags are packed!
What is Known About My Background:
Sweet Candy came into care heavily pregnant after being rescued from a rural pound. She has been an amazing Mumma to her 3 kittens who are now on the look out for their forever homes too - Gizmo, Roxy and Tommy. Now that she's had all her vet work done it's her time to shine and be smothered in love and affection.
How Do I Interact with Kids, Dogs, Cats and Other Pets:
Candy was in care with another female kitty and they didn't see eye to eye, with the usual hissing at each other, for this reason we think Candy would prefer to be the queen of her castle and not have to share with other felines. She hasn't been tested with dogs however if the dog leaves her alone and doesn't chase her or use her as a chew toy she may be ok. Candy would be ok with children that treat her gently and with respect. She would have to be constantly supervised with young children and perhaps teenagers would be more suited.
