About Gypsy
Gypsy is a fun loving girl. She has that “failed” working girl title and it’s one she wants to replace with “loving, talented, suburban sweetheart”.
This girl is such a cutie, of course she still has lots to learn about walking on lead and improving her recall but there is no doubt she loves city living.
She is a bit obsessed with cats and while no malice is shown at all she will lay for hours watching their every move through the patio doors. It is important to understand time and training will be needed to refocus her attention to do more exciting things with you.
On day one in foster care she discovered the bed, particularly the humans pillows which is where she thinks she could lay all night. Gypsy is very male orientated and so would make a good blokes dog, someone who simply wants to go on adventures and spend time teaching her new things.
She is keen, but are you? Daily connection training is needed, even attendance at a local dog club or agility group would be ideal hobbies to participate in with this girl.
If your looking for a dog that will bond with you, want to be with you, then Gypsy has that potential.

6.) A yard check will need to be conducted at your home.
7.) Should all go to plan, you will be welcomed to start your 2 week trial period immediately. 8.) The adoption fee will be required to be paid at the beginning of the trial period.
9.) During the 2 week trial period, we encourage you to follow all our instructions to ensure the dog settles into your family structure
10.) If during the trail period you should need any assistance or you decide that this dog is not for you, you are encouraged to contact our state adoptions coordinator ASAP. (The more notice the better, to ensure we have a foster carer available.)

**PLEASE NOTE: WE ASK THAT YOU PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT US BEFORE FILLING IN OUR ONLINE ADOPTION FORM**. Please email us on farmdogzrescueinc@gmail.com to request an adoption form.
We only consider applicants that have completed our adoption application form. The fastest way to have your questions answered is to include it in the application form. This will speed up your application with us, and help us communicate with you faster.
We are a volunteer run organisation, who have their own jobs during the day, we don't have someone manning our phones 24/7, therefore cannot respond to all inquiries immediately.
Please be patient with us, as the unpredictable nature of rescue may prevent us from clearing all enquiries regularly.
