About Jake
Please meet Jake, Jake is a 7 year old Jack Russell x Mini Foxie who is looking forward to finding his forever home.
This gorgeous middle aged guy is full of love and playfulness. In his mind he believes he is still a puppy and he has no problem keeping up with the younger folk.
Jake appears to get on with other dogs smaller than him or around his size, however he appears to be nervous around larger animals bigger than him.
Jake is not a fan of cats and pocket pets and should not be rehomed with any in residence.
He loves to be out and about exploring the world but he does pull on the lead, therefore some lead training would be recommended. Jake does have a lot of energy and will require regular exercise as he can be quite excitable.
Jake loves people and loves to make friends with everyone. He can however be a little jumpy - but he does this only in excitement to see you and is in no way aggressive.
Jake is looking for his forever home where he can be included as part of the family and involved in day to day activities. Jake's happy go lucky attitude, together with his loving nature, will make him a wonderful addition to any lucky family.
Jake shows no sign of separation anxiety and loves loves loves his food.
Jake's adoption fee is $500.00 and includes his desexing, vaccinations and lifetime registration. Jake is also regularly treated for flea and worms.

Adoption details
If you are interested in adopting one of our animals, please contact us on 0499 900 272 to make an appointment and ask further questions.
Staff will ask more about your lifestyle and the information you provide will helps us to achieve the best match between the dog or cat and their new home. We will also have certain adoption requirements that have to be approved prior to meeting the animal (eg fencing requirements, no young kids, etc)
Once all of your questions have been answered and adoption requirements met and approved, its time to meet your potential new furbaby. This meet will be conducted at the foster carers home or at a convenient location.
Should you have an existing dog in your life, we will require a meet and greet to ensure that they get along.
The final step (pending agreement by both parties) is the payment of the adoption fee and filling in of associated paperwork for your new furbaby.
Congratulations, you have now saved a life!
