About Bob
Meet gorgeous little man Bob! Bob is a lovely natured kitty - when he’s playing, his claws never come out and he never bites. He is so affectionate, he loves pats and brushes. If a family member is unwell, he takes note and sleeps on their bed that night - he's incredibly intuitive like that! He loves to be wherever his humans are, he will often lay right next to them on the lounge.
Some of his favourite things include playing with a feather on a string, cuddles, pats and being spoken to. He likes to sleep on the end of beds and on top of lounges - anywhere that is comfy and warm. He is very talkative too - if something is not right, you'll hear about it. He's also a bit of a watch-cat and likes to keep an eye out on what’s happening. He mostly eats dry food, he is allowed wet food on special occasions only - as he can get a little obsessed! When he’s stressed, he loves the loose skin at the back of his neck massaged.
Bob is wonderful with all children and is very gentle with them. He would like to be an only kitty, and hasn’t experienced living with dogs. He can use a litter tray, for the last 3 years he's had a catgenie. Bob never goes outside, he is inside 100% of the time.
Bob's adoption is an assisted adoption via PetRescue's Home2Home program. You will be speaking with Bob's owner when you enquire.
Medical notes
Bob is prone to urinary tract infections, however he has not had another infection since being put on vet prescribed food "Royal Canin Urinary S/O Dry Food" about 5 years ago. Apart from that he has had no health issues. He has so much hair and even with regular brushes he still gets knots. His humans sometimes clip around the area on his back near his tail as it gets knotty.
Adoption details
When enquiring about a pet listed with Home2Home, your enquiry goes directly to the pet’s owner - the person who knows them best!
It’s a great opportunity to ask any questions you may have about the pet, including its likes and dislikes, needs, and how it may fit into your lifestyle and family.
From here, the owner will be in touch with you to chat a bit more about their pet, and if they feel your home is the best fit, they will arrange a ‘meet and greet’ for you all to get to know each other.
Should this prove successful, arrangements will be made for the pet to move straight from its current home into yours upon payment of the adoption fee.
The adoption fee is paid directly to PetRescue (via a secure payment link), and assists us to continue to run and develop programs to assist pet owners, just like Home2Home.
Change of Ownership paperwork will be completed, vetwork history will be provided and your new family member will be snuggled on your couch in no time!
