Hi I’m Angus!
I was surrendered to Waggin tails as my mumma was unwell and could no longer look after me.
I’m having lots of fun in foster care. I have so much space to run and I have a buddy to play with as well!
My new family will need to help work on some basic training with me so I would definitely benefit from group training classes. I have also displayed resource guarding behaviours around food so I’ll need to be fed separately to my doggo friend until I’m able to overcome this.
I’d love a new owner who is familiar with working breeds and understands their biological need to have a job and get plenty of exercise.
I previously lived in a home with lots of kids so I would suit a home with dog savvy kids.
I need a very specific home who will be patient and understanding and able to commit to ongoing behavioural training
Adoption details
Our adoption process consists of:
- An adoption application questionnaire that will be emailed upon an enquiry if we deem your enquiry is suitable for that particular animal. Please read the description of our animals before making an enquiry.
- A meet and greet to ensure yourself and any existing animals are suitable for your chosen furry friend
- A house check to ensure your property is suitable. This my include physically coming to your house, a video call or photos.
- An adoption agreement to sign upon being approved for adoption. This includes a two week trial period to allow your new pet to settle into their new home.
- Please note we are purely volunteer run so sometimes it may take up to 7 business days for the team to get back to your enquiry and we will only contact you if we believe your enquiry is suitable.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
