Kellsie

Handed in to one of our vets as a stray kitten, Kellsie has made herself at home wherever she has gone. Not short on the sass & tortitude (she will tell new cats/dogs that she's boss and that's that), she's also one of the sweetest, most loving little kittens to come through her carers home.

Not only is she stunning looking with her delicate blue tortoiseshell markings, but she has two speed stripes down her back and literally the softest fur ever. So soft in fact, that it's been known to make stressed children quiet while they stroke her. Tested recently with kids, Kellsie was declared their favourite for being friendly, tolerant and allowing strokes and pats and lap cuddles.

Kellsie likes to sleep on the bed, but also drapes herself decoratively over the furniture - she's fond of wooden surfaces and can often be found on the dressing table having a nap, as well as on the bed, couch, cat tree. Not shy with the other kittens, she'll wrestle and play with them, but afterwards will groom them. Seriously, could she get any sweeter?

Kellsie is a healthy raw fed kitten who has been wormed, flea treated, vaccinated, desexed* and microchipped (microchip #956000007524612, source #RE101165). She is available for collection on 11th Feb after desexing. Her adoption fee also includes her second vaccination at one of our rescue vets.

To adopt from us you'll be required to have minimum an online meet & greet, a remote house check, show photo ID & proof of address, and fill out & sign an adoption contract.
Our animals are fully vet checked, flea treated, wormed, vaccinated and desexed before being advertised. They are evaluated for behavioural traits, fed a high-quality diet, and any known issues are communicated. NOT NEGOTIABLE CONDITIONS: indoor only/restrained to property & must be fed raw or vet prescription wet food.
We will communicate through every step of the process to ensure that the experience is excellent and your feline companion is the right fit. Read the contract for T&Cs for returns.
You must have residency in Australia to adopt from Cat People of Melbourne. If you are visiting or on a visa, talk to us about fostering instead!
