Hello everyone, my name is Birdy. I am ready and looking for my forever home right now! I'm an adorable 1 year old medium hair tabby with striking green eyes. I came all the way from Mt Isa on one of the last planes before Christmas.

Yes the rumours are true. I get my name from my love of climbing onto shoulders when I'm happy!

I am a slender girl who has a very big appetite! You mention dinner and I'll come running!

I like my own space during the day, and I sleep for much of it. But when my two foster carer kids go to bed, I keep them company and lie with them until they sleep. Then the fun starts! My favourite meal of the day arrives - dinner. Then I'm then full of beans, I dance and sing around the house much of the evening!

I love snuggling at night in your bed, as long as one of the other resident cats hasn't staked a claim before me. I will chirrup or chat when I want attention.

Don't expect me to sit on your lap (although sometimes I'll come to you for a snuggle in my own time.) I'm happiest when I'm playing and getting scratches from you. I'm a very friendly, sweet girl with not a bad bone in my body.

I am friendly with children and other cats. Not tested with dogs.

Birdy is desexed, microchipped and current with their vaccination, worming and flea treatment.
