About Lucy
How can you help but fall in love with this beauty? Lucy came in as an unmicrochipped stray who wasnt claimed. We have estimated her to be a Whippet x approx 10 Weeks old. Lucy is quite a tall girl so we think she's going to be quite big considering her age she is up to most of ours knees already.
Lucy has a super sweet nature and she just loves attention - and of course sharing that attention in return.
Like every pup, Lucy will thrive with early socialisation and exposure to many different people, sights, sounds, and experiences will ensure she grows to be a well rounded gal.
Lucy enjoys making new friends and she gets along well with other dogs of all shapes and sizes. She is however still a puppy and has no manners at all. She jumps all over the other dogs in excitement and in her eagerness she wants to run at them which can be a little overwhelming for some dogs.
She loves being out exploring the world and although she is erratic on lead and this is something that needs to be worked on whilst she is a pup and with some training and a regular routine, this should improve greatly.
Lucy shows no signs of food aggression, she has shown signs of mildld anxiety in the kennels but soon settles down and although she does not seem to be bothered by loud noises, we would recommend she be allowed inside during thunder storms and fireworks where she knows she is safe.
Lucy is a such a happy and affectionate lady and an absolute delight and would make a super loyal companion for the right family. She is a stunning gal who would love to be in a home where she is included as a member of the family and is involved in the day to day activities. Lucy will thrive in an environment that guides her with positive direction and lots of love and attention.
This incredibly beautiful young lady will make a loyal companion and wonderful addition to a lucky family.
Please note that if you have an existing dog in residence, we will require a meet and greet to ensure they get along and will be always best buddies. When organising a meet and greet, we will require a current vaccination certificate for your existing dog as Lucy has only just had her first vaccination and as a puppy they are not fully covered until they have had 3.
Lucy's adoption fee is $700 and includes her desexing, lifetime registration. Lucy is also regularly treated for flea and worms and has had her first vaccination.
To enquire more or to meet Lucy, please email ccacfpetadoptions@gmail.com and speak to one of our friendly staff.
Lucy is looking forward to meeting you.

Adoption details
If you are interested in adopting one of our animals, please contact us on 0499 900 272 to make an appointment and ask further questions.
Staff will ask more about your lifestyle and the information you provide will helps us to achieve the best match between the dog or cat and their new home. We will also have certain adoption requirements that have to be approved prior to meeting the animal (eg fencing requirements, no young kids, etc)
Once all of your questions have been answered and adoption requirements met and approved, its time to meet your potential new furbaby. This meet will be conducted at the foster carers home or at a convenient location.
Should you have an existing dog in your life, we will require a meet and greet to ensure that they get along.
The final step (pending agreement by both parties) is the payment of the adoption fee and filling in of associated paperwork for your new furbaby.
