NAME: Layth

BEFORE SAFE ESPERANCE: Came to SAFE Esperance with his siblings as an owner surrender.

ASSETS: He’s affectionate, cheeky, confident, playful and very sweet! He loves to explore and be at the centre of everything that’s going on, and has an extremely cool character.

FAVOURITE THINGS: Layth will play with anything and everything, he’s extremely playful. He also loves to spend time with his human and is happy to have cuddles, pats and head rubs.

OTHER ANIMALS: Layth could live with other friendly cats after gentle introduction. He could also live with a feline-friendly dog, again after gentle, closely supervised introductions. He’s currently fostered with a Great Dane and a Dachshund and loves to play with them and then curl up with them afterwards for a nap.

OTHER INFO: Layth is litter trained and very clean. He is flea-treated wormed, microchipped and will be desexed before he goes to his new home.

IDEAL HOME: Layth would be great in most homes once he’s settled in and feels secure. He will go well with people who will shower him with love while treating him gently and letting him get to know them at his own pace. He would suit a home with gentle, cat-savvy children and will need to be kept as an indoor only cat or have access to a large, secure outside run.
