About Chopstick
Do you love to have something long, thin and pointy rummaging around in your bowl of fried rice? Look no further than me – Chopstick!
I’m selfless in my dedication to improving your dining experience. There is nothing I would like better than to assist you eating your dumplings, your prawn toast or your honey chicken. If you would like to eat a bbq chicken with a Chopstick, I will be your bff!
In fact, there are so many parts of your life I can enhance. Do you work from home? Consider me your assistant! During my time at Greysland I loved to hang out with the Greysland manager in the office while she worked and I’d love to do the same for you.
My friends at Greysland say I am a bit of a sensitive soul. I have been working hard on building my confidence and have made great progress.
I’ve been in foster care a little while now and really responded well to living in a home. I’ve also proven how clever I am! I’ve mastered both toilet training and stairs. I’m good with loose leash walking and keep my cool when walking past other dogs – amazing, right? I’m also learning to play with toys, so if you have some of those we can let the fun begin!
I can take a bit of time to adjust to change and am a little reserved at first as I get to know people. But once I’m comfortable, I’ll bury my head in your chest to show how much I love you.
I’d love a bit of a backyard and playing in the splash pool is one of my favourite things! I’m best suited to a home with no kids or other dogs.
Oh, and I find the vet really scary. I have a little muscle soreness, so do need to go there sometimes. I’d be so grateful if you could help me work through this.
What do you think? Shall we discover some delicious things together?

Our matchmakers go to greyt lengths to match each hound with the right family to make sure everyone's happy, and you'll become part of a wonderful rescue community with lots of support along the way!
All hounds are desexed, vaccinated, microchipped, flea and worm treated, and heartworm tested/treated. The adoption fee also includes our New Adopter Kit - collar, leash, muzzle and loads of other goodies to help you get your new hound settled into the family.
