Priscilla is gorgeous girl who loves food, affection, food, pats, having a companion and food. Priscilla will suit a home with children and, another K-9 companion and plenty of activity. Priscilla wants another heartbeat to be with, she doesn’t seem picky between children, adults or another dog but she does not want to be alone, she wants to be where ever you are and even in her most enthusiastic puppy state, she will stop if there is a pat and cuddle on offer.
Priscilla is a high energy puppy but loves a snuggle. She has just started walking on lead with another dog and needs continued training in this area, unless you enjoy a zigzag walk being wrapped around trees! So far when walking Priscilla is really happy, she shoots off the occasional puppy bark at things she is inquisitive about but is a keen to explore.
Priscilla is very food driven and is already responding to simple commands like “sit”. We are working on her toilet training and making good progress but this will need continued support. She is really eager to please so will be a great with any kind of training. She is a little jumpy but also super gentle in her jumpiness. She is not mouthy at all!
Priscilla is currently living with another young kelpie x, 1 child (8) 1 x teen (13), 2 adults, 2 cats and a rabbit. Priscilla loves to play tug of war with the other kelpie x, they tackle each other and play a lot! Many zoomies around the yard are enjoyed, so a home with space to run would be great. Priscilla notices the rabbit but loses interest easily, the cats are a different story, Priscilla loves them! As in she wants to meet and greet at full speed and her ears fall off! It’s well intentioned but the cats aren’t thrilled by her approach which leaves her a little confused, haha. I think with continued training she will be good with cats but at the moment she is too enthusiastic for their liking.
Like many ladies, Priscilla has a love for shoes, she’s not fussy, thongs, runners, heels…you’ll find her curled up on her bed happily having a munch! Priscilla is brilliant at excavating and always quite proud of her work! If you have an award winning garden she may not be the right pick for your home. Priscilla will make a brilliant pet for a loving, inclusive family willing to continue general training and socialising. She is a super affectionate pup ready for her forever home.
