Kalani ~ Catahoula X Puppy (on trial 24/1/22)

Kalani is a 9week old Catahoula x girl pup who is now available for adoption. Kalani is a sweetheart of a pup with a beautiful nature and a gentle soul. She loves to follow her humans around or loves to be with a doggy companion most of the time. Kalani has one very interesting feature that makes her unique, she has one blue eye and one green eye which makes her all the more beautiful.

Kalani is a friendly/playful/happy little girl who loves her friends as much as she loves her food and will quite happily eat everyone’s food if you let her. Kalani loves both indoor and outdoor environments she doesn’t bark very often and has a really easy going nature. She enjoys games like tug of war and chase with her foster friends but will quite happily have a snuggle or play in the yard with all the toys.

Kalani loves company and loves being around other dogs which is why we will be looking for a forever home with another medium sized companion dog for her to go with and a family that has some spare time during the week as she is still a pup and needs extra attention and training. She is learning to sit, come and down as well as recognising her name.

The pups loves their outside environment so please NO apartments or courtyard applications as they will be medium/big dogs (but not large) so will need plenty of space. They will need good fencing with no small gaps. NO Rural fencing will not be considered.

We always recommend puppy-training classes to give your new family member the best start in life. All puppies will need plenty of affection, exercise, and training to ensure proper boundaries and routines are established. This will ensure that you get the best family member/friend possible.

Kalani needs to be welcomed inside when people are home, and to sleep inside at least until fully grown. She will be a wonderful family dog but may not be suitable for children under 10 years of age.

As Kalani is not yet desexed, she is only available for adoption to Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Central Coast and Port Stephens because he will need to be returned to a local vet for desexing when she is approximately 5/6 months old. Please NO out of area applications.

Her adoption fee is $700 and includes desexing, vaccinations and microchipping and she has been treated for fleas, ticks and worms.
