About Boof
Boof is a gentle and beautiful tabby boy, he might look like a grown up but get him playing and it becomes clear he's still just a big kitten. Boof can be quite nervous, but has become social and affectionate while in foster care. He still doesn't like to be picked up, but can tolerate it enough for trips to the vet and alike. He picks spots around the house that we have called smoochy zones, on the bed, couch, and a certain rug and when Boof is in a smoochy zone he is up for some loving!
Boof adores a head message or good scratches on the back, but isn't keen on his belly being touched (like a lot of us!). While Boof isn't a lap cat, he is a true companion, and has become quite chatty with his foster humans while following them around the house. He would be best in a home where someone is home often, or where he has a feline friend for company so he doesn't get anxious. Boof hasn't met a dog and a careful introduction would be important so he doesn't get overwhelmed. Boof is not suited to a home with small children but Boof lovvves kittens and makes a fabulous big brother.
Come and meet him at our Longford adoption centre.
