Hi everyone, my name is Tilly, I am gorgeous! Am I not :) As you can see from very own photoshoot I am quite lovely, even if I say so myself! I have a brother Trev who is brindle and we are true partners in crime. We love to play together but also can chew things we aren’t supposed to, so new owners would have to be aware of this and give me plenty of toys to play with and chew. Cheaper in the long run! I am good with kids, other dogs and friendly with visitors. Oh, and another thing, I sleep through the night, have only travelled in a crate when in the car. My carer says I am mostly toilet trained as long as given plenty of opportunity outdoors. I would like to find a home with family or an adventurous young person who can keep up with me. Want to know more about how you teach a pup to be a great dog? I’d like to do training every day so that I learn the commands of sit, stay, come, down, no, stop and leave it. And once I’ve learnt them, I need to keep practicing them every day too. That way I’ll learn to obey what you tell me to do. Being consistent and clear with your boundaries will mean I always know the right way to behave. Getting out to exercise at least once a day (and twice for working dog breeds) is vital to stimulate my brain and body. It creates important opportunities for me to meet strangers, other dogs and other animals, plus it tires me out! Tell me “no” if I’m chewing something I shouldn’t and give me a chew toy instead. I’d love to have a range of chew toys that you can swap around so I don’t get bored with them.
