ADOPTION REQUIREMENTS:
INDOOR/OUTDOOR -- CHILDREN 10 YRS+ -- SECURE FENCING

Max is a young, very active dog who will do well with an active family who can include him in their daily activities. As a young dog Max will require some basic obedience training to channel his enthusiasm for life. Max would benefit from twice daily walks and housetraining so he learns how to be a companion animal with his family indoors. As a social animal Max will thrive with human contact and consequently need to be trained to be okay to be left alone. Max gets on well with other dogs so would be keen to meet a friendly, older dog for company.

We recommend Max for a family with children aged 10 years and older. Please remember that all interactions between children and dogs should be supervised.

Due to COVID19 lockdown restraints, we have revised our current adoption process which is now by application only. Please follow this link; https://www.rspca-act.org.au/services/adoption-appointments and complete an application form for the animal you are interested in. Due to staffing and time constraints, it may not be possible to notify you if the animal has already been adopted or if your application is unsuccessful.

The adoption fee for Max is $395.00 which helps to cover the cost of his mandatory de-sexing, vaccinations, microchip and a lot of care from the RSPCA crew. Who says you can't buy love?!
