Hi My Future Forever Family,
My name is Benji, I'm an adorable, funny & loving 4-5-month-old border collie x kelpie mix. I'm a party boy and am full of life.
I like to live on the wild side and am very active. I chase my kelpie foster sibling around non-stop. I would thrive in a household who has another active doggy sibling, therefore only homes with another dog for play and company will be considered. I am in care with cats and birds and I seem to like their company.
I have a lot of love (and energy) to give. I love a good belly scratch, a snooze in the sun (or shade) and I love my toys. My favourite things at the moment are my frisbee and stuffed toys but I am sure my taste will change with time. Foster mum reckons I'd probably chase anything you throw.
I am learning my basic manners at the moment and have begun house training. I am a quick learner and very food and toy motivated. I really just want to please you.
I am a life long commitment. As a working breed, I need a home that is prepared to provide ongoing training & stimulation due to my breed.

Medical notes
All pups are desexed at around six-months-of-age at a rescue nominated vet within an hours drive of your home OR at your own vet at your own cost with a reduced adoption fee. We do not transfer NSW ownership until we have received proof of desexing regardless of where you reside in Australia.
Puppies under 12-weeks-of-age receive an initial C5 vaccination and vet health check. Further vaccinations are at the adopters cost.
All puppies are wormed every two weeks unless advised by our treating vets until 12-weeks of age, then monthly. Flea, tick & paralysis tick prevention is as per the brand used instructions dependant on age.
All adults are desexed, receive monthly worming, heartworm prevention and monthly flea, tick & paralysis tick prevention. All dogs have a veterinary health check.

~I will need additional vet work in my life time such as follow up
vaccinations etc, is this a problem?
~I will also need flea, tick and worm treatments to keep me at my
optimum health, are you prepared for that?
~I've had a diet since being at the rescue of quality puppy biscuits & raw, can you
guarantee to continue my current diet?
~ I am a good 10-20 years commitment are you 100% ready to
give me a home?
