ADOPTION PENDING

I'm just a little tacker. I'm two years old and only around 10hh. My colour is very mixed, I look a little like a dark buckskin.

When I arrived only a few months ago, my fluffy coat was matted with dirt and faeces. I was under weight and very very frightened. My front teeth have worn down slightly from trying to graze on almost no pasture to nourish myself.

I have now blossomed into a cheeky and confident little pony, and I have aced many things already! I'm so clever that I tie up, I'm great for the farrier and dentist, I'm nervous but enjoy a wash to smell nice! I lunge well, and have even had a roller and a bridle on. I take all of these things in my stride and have shown absolutely no indication of having any dirt or nastiness, you would just need to take your time with me, as I'm just a baby and I'm learning.

I have been extremely difficult to catch in my past, because it would all just overwhelm me and my first and only instinct has been to get away, but with lots of positive and consistent training, I now realise that the humans are safe and love me. While I still need to be approached slowly in a paddock, I can now be trusted in bigger spaces, and be caught.

I'm a blank canvas, and would love to go to a home where I can be educated to become a life long family member. I'm a very friendly boy and would love to have some friendly horse or pony friends to keep me company.
