About 6058 - Giorgio
🧡🍁 MEET GIORGIO 🍁🧡
Do you like quality entertainment?
Do you believe in the phrase “new day, new me”?
Then hello, my name is Giorgio - or as my Foster Mum likes to call me, Mr Personality! I have personality plus and a few special quirks, but hey, weird is the flavour of the month right?
Nature
What I have in physical size (which not gonna lie, is quite a lot) I also match with personality! I’m quite an entertaining boy who is a little bit harder to predict. One day I might be playing in my water bowl like a fish… the next I might rubbing against your legs whilst screaming at you and expressing my dissatisfaction with life… or I could be curled up in your lap like a big baby. But what did I say, new day, new me! 💁🏼♀️
My Foster Mum thought I should try this thing called being ‘brutally honest’ with people, so here it goes! I’m an incredibly sweet, affectionate boy, but like most teenagers, I can have some difficulty fitting in to my surroundings. I absolutely love people and give the best smooches, but I sometimes get overstimulated. I loooove rubbing against you for pats and smooching your face, but every now and then I can get a bit carried away and give you a little love nip - mostly on your ankles! My Foster Mum says I give you plenty of warning before doing so, and after a while you learn to read me. She also says that I’m doing it less and less now, so once I’m settled completely in my own forever home I might stop.
Companions (Children, Cats & Dogs)
Being a teenage boy means I can be a little bit rough. Whilst I’m incredibly confident and incredibly sweet, I can also get a little excited and give love bites on occasion. For this reason my Foster Mum thinks a home with older children who can learn to read my cues would be best; or a home with no children at all.
I currently live in a foster home with numerous other cats, I have briefly met some of them and I have not seemed all that phased by them. I have been known in previous homes to be a little bit dominant, but that was when I was with my brother. Now that I’m no longer with my brother I have mellowed right down, and my Foster Mum thinks that I would adjust quite well to a home with another cat or two provided we are slowly introduced.
I currently live with a big dog, I haven’t met her and I’m not sure if I would like dogs. It would be best if I lived in a home with no dogs, or a home with only one cat-savvy dog who will give me space if I need it. Again - slow introductions are crucial.
Otherwise, I’d be quite happy being your only pet too.
Likes / Dislikes
I love my star toy, and I loved my water fountain until SOMEONE (TOTALLY not me) knocked it over and broke it whilst trying to get to the water... I also love bird watching from my window, and I do love a good head scratch from my hoomans!
My PURR-fect home would be with a mature family, or single person, that will be patient with me and learn to read my mood swings (I am a teenage boy after all). I could adjust to living in a home with another furry sibling or two, but nothing too busy! A home with a cat run would also be great, that way I can burn off some of my energy!
