About Bella
**Looking for foster or forever home**
Do you have a spot on your couch for this sweet senior?
12.5-year-old brindle girl Bella is looking to join the Amazing Greys family.
Bella has lived with her current family as a much-loved companion since she was a sprightly 3-year-old. However, her family are moving overseas and have had to make the tough decision that the travel and new climate would be too much for Bella.
Bella is looking for a quiet and relaxed home where she can indulge in lots of naps, be doted on with treats and affection, and continue to live her very best life. Bella is a happy and healthy pup and also a bit of a homebody. She doesn’t love car travel but short walks, with lots of sniffs, each day suit her just fine.
Bella would suit most types of homes, including smaller houses or apartments, but no stairs please. Bella loves adults and company but is also happy to chill on her own while her humans are out and about. Bella currently has two primary-school aged human siblings but would not suit a rowdy household. A home with adults or older children who are dog-savvy would suit her best.
Bella enjoys walks with other greyhounds and could possibly go into a home with another friendly and calm greyhound. That said, she has lived as an only-dog for many years now and is also content to be her humans one-and-only.
If you think you have all the love (and comfy spaces) a regal queen like Bella requires and would like to be her new forever (or foster) human, please contact us at adopt@amazinggreys.com.au
Before enquiring, please consider:
• The time and financial commitments of adopting a forever hound
• What your work and social like will look like outside of Covid-restrictions
Please no applications from:
• Homes with small breed dogs
• Homes with cats, rabbits, or other pocket pets
• Homes with stair-only access or indoor stairs Bella would need to navigate
• Homes with toddlers or other young children who are not big dog-savvy
Please note: We will be prioritising applications from forever homes before considering foster options.
