Kriger is a sweet, loving boy. He wants nothing more than to cuddle up next to you on the couch and get lots of pets. He’ll make sure you know when he wants affection…which is always.
Kriger is very smart and enjoys showing off his talents for a good treat. He can sit, shake, lie down, stay, jump, turn around and roll over, and will learn new tricks easily. Every now and then he will decide it’s play time with a toy, but he rather play with his people.
This little man still gets nervous about the world at times, so he will need someone who is willing to ease him into new situations so that he can gain confidence. He loves people but is shy at introductions. Slow and steady will win the race here.
Kriger is still working on his manners with other dogs and will need someone who is willing to put time into his training.
While Kriger enjoys chilling at home, he loves a good run and a swim outdoors. He’ll chase lizards and show off his recall skills gleefully. He’s be a great running buddy and could easily learn agility training.
He does shed his fur in summer, this is normal, and regular brushing will help.
Kri is reactive on the lead, he will lunge and bark at other dogs. Before you submit an application you will need to think about this and include your thoughts in your application. This is very important, we are only calling back applicants that have addressed this in their application.
He currently attends training with Jordan Dog Training

Here are some quick tips to make your APPLICATION stand out:
Include as many details as you can about your lifestyle, family, accommodation, and work. Here’s some first-hand feedback from our member rescue organisations about what they'd like to see in your applications:
🐱 Why would this animal suit your home? (This lets them know that you've read the pet’s bio and considered their personality vs. your lifestyle)
🐾 Details about your family
🏡 Is your home quiet/relaxed or loud/busy? (Particularly important for timid cats). Ask questions, to show your are interested in the animals ell being.
Add questions into the application.
Fill out the profiles of your current pets if you have any. Understanding the personality of resident cats and dogs will help rescue organisations or foster carers determine if the pet will adjust to your surroundings.
Remember to be respectful and kind in your enquiries. A simple greeting can go a long way! Behind that screen is a real hooman, who loves and cares for the pet you're enquiring about just as much as you will!
Be open and honest - rescues prefer having as much information as they can about potential adopters.
