Cookie is very obedient and has had extensive training in the past. He leads well whilst walking and just needs a little direction on the lead. He halts, goes when you move and is easy to direct.

Cookie is a good watch dog and will let you know if anyone is around. Feeding is easy as he has lovely manners - sitting and waiting for the command to eat. He is not a fussy eater and is not aggressive with his food. He is as sweet as his name suggests.

Cookie is good with cats and has been friendly when meeting dogs outside of the home. He is friendly towards children but his size might be a bit intimidating for young children so a home with older kids would be best.

Of a night he is very settled and relaxes on the lounge with his foster family. He sleeps on his mat or close to all of us during the night.

All in all, he is a lovely boy!
