Thor 🐕

Introducing Thor, another of our super handsome Staffy x Dane pups.....with eyes that will melt your heart! Thor is extremely lovable and a little more chilled than his sister, Coco, but quite mouthy when playing and loves to use those baby teeth to chew 🥰 He loves the company of his humans and meeting new people, but also quite content to spend time with his furry friends. If he was to be rehomed as an only dog, he will need time to adjust being on his own.

Thor is 1 of 8 pups who arrived in care at the age of 9 weeks. He is currently in care with 1 of his sisters who is also on the lookout for her forever home. This darling little man spends most of his time outdoors, although has had access indoors on occasion to spend time with his foster family inside. Both Thor and Coco are currently learning to sit on command and learning their names. Their new families will need to be prepared to work through toilet training, but with consistency and effort, they should both have this perfected in no time.

As with all our pups, we strongly recommend enrolling in Puppy school. Thor will need continued socialisation with other dogs during the puppy stage and into adulthood, as well as ongoing training so that he grows up to be a well mannered and socialised boy. We believe that he will be a large (possibly XL) dog when fully grown. He is a beautiful natured puppy, and given the right environment we’re sure he will grow to be an extremely loyal, well mannered adult.

Thor would be best suited to a home or property with another doggie companion or the company of his humans. He will need an active family who have experience and knowledge of the Staffy/Dane breeds with a medium to large yard and secure height appropriate fencing.

Due to Thor’s size and breed, we will be allowing him to be re-homed under a Desex agreement. This will mean that Thor must be returned to one of our approved vets on the Central Coast for Desexing, no later than 21st April 2022 (6 months old). We have consulted a number of vets who have all confirmed that this is an appropriate age for the Breed/size. For this reason, there will be no interstate adoptions and we will ideally be looking for a home on the Central Coast NSW.
