Pumba 🧸

Introducing Pumba, the sweetest most devine little Staffy x Dane boy.....a chunky little man filled with marshmallows! Little Pumba is extremely loyal and his eyes light up when they see you 🥰 He just wants to be your best mate and does what he can to make you happy.

Pumba is 1 of 8 pups who arrived in care at the age of 9 weeks. He is currently in care with 2 of his siblings and will be spending his days at Follyfoot Childcare centre, where his foster mum works. He then heads back to his foster home in the afternoon and learns all about the routines of a home. As you can imagine, Pumba will have plenty of exposure to young children and new people coming through the centre and has been socialised with other dogs during his time in care and enjoys playing with them all.

Pumba has been absolutely amazing with regards to toilet training and should have no issues perfecting this when settled in his new home. He will sit before getting his dinner and enjoys learning new things to impress his humans.

As with all our pups, we strongly recommend enrolling in Puppy school. Pumba will need continued socialisation with other dogs during the puppy stage and into adulthood, as well as ongoing training so that he grows up to be a well mannered and socialised boy. We believe that he will be a large (possibly XL) dog when fully grown. He is a beautiful natured puppy, and given the right environment we’re sure he will grow to be an extremely loyal, well mannered adult.

Pumba would be best suited to a home or property with another doggie companion or the company of his humans. He will need an active family who have experience and knowledge of the Staffy/Dane breeds with a medium to large yard and secure height appropriate fencing.

Due to Pumba’s size and breed, we will be allowing him to be re-homed under a Desex agreement. This will mean that Pumba must be returned to one of our approved vets on the Central Coast for Desexing, no later than 21st April 2022 (6 months old). We have consulted a number of vets who have all confirmed that this is an appropriate age for the Breed/size. For this reason, there will be no interstate adoptions and we will ideally be looking for a home on the Central Coast NSW.
