About Bolt
Please meet Bolt, a very good two year old not very big Kelpie boy. Bolt loves the company of humans and just wants to follow his people around where ever they are and he walks nicely on the lead.
Being a working dog breed of course Bolt loves to get out and about on a regular walk (in the cool mornings in this weather). He is still young enough to need to be stimulated with some socializing and further obedience training. Some brain stimulation each day will keep him happy.
Kelpies are not the type of dog you can expect to hang about in a boring back yard for long periods. They need something to think about and physical activity.
Bolt will be best with an active family, couple or person who understands his Kelpie needs.
Bolt is good with most dogs and he loves his food and responds well to treats so will be easy to train. He is an affectionate boy and will snuggle up with his people once he is familiar with them.
If you think you can give Bolt the home he needs please put in an expression of interest by email to Lorraine.
Medical notes
Bolt has recently had a lump removed from his neck. Believed to be benign but waiting on results to confirm this.
