Blue

You will fall in love with Blue the moment you look into his puppy eyes! Blue is a beautiful five month old very pretty Blue Heeler male with a tail that is white with black spots who will mature into a good looking Australian Cattle Dog.

Blue is very affectionate and loves his humans as well as other dogs. He loves to chase the ball and play tug, but also likes to chill out on the couch with you, on the floor, or in the dog bed. I'm sure he would be happy to sleep on the bed if you let him!

Blue is being house trained and can relieve on command, but this training will need to be continued to enforce it. He is also learning to sit and just loves treats and bones, all food really! He is good on a lead, and will respond well to further obedience training, he is a very clever boy and being a working dog breed will need some type of brain work regularly to keep his brain stimulated and burn his energy.

He loves playing with his foster brothers and sisters, and has been acting as a great big brother to AWAR's litter of baby puppies. Blue is also great with children of all ages. Blue would fit perfectly into a family, or with a couple or single person, however they will need to be active or at least have the time for training, exercise and play time.

He would prefer either someone being home a lot or having another dog as company, as he may get lonely and up to mischief otherwise. The most important thing is that Blue wants someone to shower him with the love he deserves.
