About Max
Max is super loving, affectionate and loyal.
He is cat and dog friendly and loves people of all ages!
He is a typical big loving staffy with a gentle sweet nature who loves nothing more than to be with his people: no matter what you are doing, and his favorite place is asleep with his head on a lap.
Max also loves to go for a walk (long or short), and will whimper with excitement when he hears 'walkies'. He also loves playing tug-o-war with his rope and playing fetch - although he is still figuring out how it works (he knows to drop the ball for a throw, but doesn’t know where to drop it just yet!).
Max is becoming more and more confident with each passing day in his current foster home. He gets a little upset when left alone. He can also get a little worried when other dogs bark at him. Otherwise, he loves friendly dogs and has the sweetest call out to get the attention of other dogs. He also loves all humans, and will greet everyone with a wagging tail and a big smile.
Max would be best suited in a house where he has someone home with him more often than not, or someone that has another dog. Max would be well suited to a large family home, as he gets along great with everyone. He is a lovely, people pleasing little fatty who is full of emotions and character. His new people will be entertained and totally adored by him.
If I sound perfect for you, please complete the short adoption application form in the attached link, please note this is the only way your application will be considered: https://homelesshounds.com.au/adopt/dogs
