Celia is a lovely cat looking for a nice quiet home to settle in to! Celia is very sweet, but can be a bit shy around new people and loud noises. However, once she's comfortable, you'll be greeted with purrs and smooches! Older, calm children would be fine, but Celia will need a place where she can build her confidence and would prefer no small children. Celia would be okay with other cats, but no dogs please! Celia will make a wonderful companion to a loving family who can help her to feel more confident.
