About Maggie 🌺
This gorgeous girl is Maggi our 9 week old Border Collie x 🐶
Maggie’s mum is a purebred working Border Collie, but dad we are unsure about. He was from a neighbouring property, so could of possibly been a Kelpie 🤷♀️
Maggie is a total sweetheart who loves sitting on your knee (we think she thinks she is a lap dog!! ) and cuddling up with her nose snuggled tightly under your chin, this is of course after running around crazily either wrestling with her siblings, playing tug of war with the foster host lab or playing ball with her foster family
Maggie is currently in care with her siblings Bandit and Lucy, a 7 year old foster host lab and 4 foster host cats
Maggie spends time both indoors and out and is currently being toilet trained while inside. Maggie loves spending time with people (including kids)
The Border Collie was originally bred to gather and control sheep. They’re dogs with unlimited energy, stamina and working drive, which makes them ideal working/herding dogs. Border Collies are highly trainable and extremely intelligent and also often excel in various canine sports, including obedience, flyball and agility. They can make great family companions, so long as they get A LOT of physical and mental exercise. You’ll also have to be comfortable with a dog who can outsmart you from time to time 😉
Maggie is not looking for apartment life, nor a home with a courtyard…..her dream is living a life on property/farm where she has other doggie friends to keep her company while her humans aren’t home. She would love an active family who understand her needs and allow her to be the best she can be.
If you feel that Maggie would fit into your home and lifestyle, please send us an email and provide us with some details about yourself, your home and lifestyle, and why you need this girl in your life ❤️
Maggie is located in Umina Beach on the Central Coast NSW and will be ready to head off to her forever home from Saturday 8th January

Adoption details
If you would like to express interest in adopting, we ask that you send through some info about yourself, your family and home, if you rent or own (rental agreement required if renting and rates notice required if you own) and what you can offer this gorgeous baby. Our aim is to find the best homes for our babies, not necessarily first in best dressed, so a good detailed application will make you stand out from the rest.
Once we have received your email outlining the above, those who we feel may be suitable, will be sent an Adoption Questionnaire to complete. Your enquiry will then be passed onto the appropriate carer and successful applicants will be contacted via phone.
