About Tiger
Little Tiger is a huge personality in a little body. She’s an affectionate lady who loves to rumble with her brothers and also a keen explorer. Tiger would love to be homed with a kitten her own age. She’s really such a personality and love bug. She will sit on your shoulder and purr into your ear. She’s extremely interactive and adores people
Medical notes
Tiger is a snuffler. She came into care with chronic cat flu and it has permanently scarred her nasal passages so her occasional flare ups tend to mean she snuffles and chorts.
The diagnosis is latent herpes virus infection. Chronic herpes virus snuffley cat. She may need medication if the infection becomes active. There’s the possibility it will flare up from time to time and she may need anti virals if it does. Steam treatment and nasal sprays also help. She may grow out of it and she may not. Tiger needs an owner who can monitor her and knows when to medicate or if she needs veterinary help. Although she chortles and snuffles she is Ms Athlete and in no way does her breathing affect her quality of life
Tiger is also going on a special diet as she has some explosive bowel issues. She is Fiv negative
