Crysta is a dog whose temperament is mature beyond her young years. She does get excited when she sees you but for the most part you can expect a happy-go-lucky, even-tempered (sometimes shy) girl that just wants your time and affection.

When she’s not sitting next to you (or on you) giving you her paw incessantly for pats, she can be seen lying in her favourite stretched out ‘sploot’ position. She is a model student that has quickly learnt how to sit, shake and wait for her meals. She is dog friendly but would rather not share her owner with others, preferring to have doggy friends over doggy siblings.

She is currently living with a foster carer who works full time and she isn’t too keen on the idea. In the early days, for the first minute after every departure she gave her best howl for her mum to come back, but this is now slowly dissipating and once she realises she isn’t coming back, she groans and settles down to lounge around or play with her foster fur brother. It is for this reason that we feel she needs an owner that is around a lot more, either works from home or is retired and she must be allowed access to indoors when they are away.
