About Max
Max is a handsome and inquisitive 6 month old black & tan Kelpie x pup. He is always smiling and nothing deters his happy-go-lucky nature.
Max would love a resident companion dog in his new home, but regardless will bond very closely with his human and be quite happy being a single canine in a home where he is an active part of the daily routine.
He has been introduced to cats, horses, sheep, chickens, and children all without incident. He takes notice of commands and settles quickly in new situations. His recall is also quite exceptional for a dog of his age!
Max is crate trained, and sleeps quietly through the night. He is well behaved when left alone for short periods. Max has come a long way in a short time and has mastered the basics, he just now needs someone who will put the time in to advance his training and skills. Like all working dog breeds, he needs a home that will continue to provide him both physical and mental stimulation.
If you think you can provide the perfect active home for this boy, he will not disappoint! Who could not love this pup so full of fun!

To apply to adopt a dog from Dogs4Jobs, you must firstly complete our adoptions application form in full at http://dogs4jobs.com.au/adoption-form/.
You can also write out your answers and email them to dogs@dogs4jobs.com.au
*Please note, due to the high volume of applications received, we will not respond to Petrescue chat messages, or enquiries to adopt a dog. You must complete our adoptions form to be considered for the dog or pup, and we will respond to this form via our email.
We will then request to complete a yard check, or for you to send in photos of your yard showing the fencing, space, shelter and any hazards etc, to confirm it is safe and secure, as well as adequate space for a working breed dog.
Following this, we will then put you in touch with the dog/s foster carer/s that you are interested in, to chat further over the phone, about whether the dog is a good fit for your family, and vice versa. We are searching for the perfect match for each dog and their needs. A meet and greet can be arranged if both parties wish to proceed, and we also offer interstate adoption on all of our dogs.
