Captain Tibbals had a bit of a rough start when he arrived in the shelter, injured, scared and in need of some TLC. After being cared for, he soon felt much better and showed us his loving personality! A big smooch, Tibbals starts purring as soon as you speak to him, and he really enjoys headbumps! Tibbals could live with other friendly pets, he is quite friendly to the other cats here at the shelter. Tibbals could also live with older children who can respect his need for some space, but who are ready to give him plenty of pats and playtime! Captain Tibbals is a darling cat who will settle in to any family!
