Hi there, I'm Noelle! I am a beautiful girl who is ready to find my forever home! While I was in foster care I really settled in and showed my smoochy side. If you have a brush in your hand I will be your best friend! I have met a small dog and another adult cat while I was in care, and I must say I didn't particularly like the other cat, but I didn't mind the dog. With careful introduction I don't think I would mind a friend.
