NAME: Calico

BEFORE SAFE ESPERANCE: Was born after her mum came into care when pregnant.

ASSETS: Sweet, easily startled but soon comes back with a gentle voice, playful and very affectionate. She loves pats and will climb up your legs to get your attention.

FAVOURITE THINGS: She loves to play with pretty much anything that moves. She runs in and out of her cat tunnel, flicks balls around, tosses feathers in the air, climbs up high and chases string, she’s always on the move!

OTHER ANIMALS: Calico could live with other friendly cats after gentle introduction. She could also possibly live with a feline-friendly dog, again after gentle, closely supervised introductions.

OTHER INFO: Calico is litter trained and very clean. She is flea-treated wormed, microchipped and will be desexed before she goes to her new home.

IDEAL HOME: Calico would be great in most homes. She will go well with people who will shower her with love while treating her gently and letting her get to know them at her own pace. She would suit a home with gentle, cat-savvy children who will indulge her playful side and will need to be kept as an indoor only cat or have access to a large, secure outside run.
