Miss Snuffleupagus is a very gentle and loving lady who hasn’t had the best life. She loves her trips out for a walk and sniff, but has earned her indoor comforts, especially a big soft bed and will claim her place on the couch if allowed. Please don’t let her age put you off - at 12 yrs young she still has a magnetism about her and is adored by everyone she meets - the vet was amazed at her condition for her age!

She has a very gentle temperament and is amazing with children. She has got to the stage in her life where she knows what she likes, and dog parks aren’t on her list - as many staffies are, she isn't aggressive, just not interested in lots of rambunctious k9 company. That’s not to say she wouldn’t be happy with another dog - it would all depend on the other dog! Cats are a bit of a nuisance as well - they just don’t give any value to her life, and she has SO earned the home she is looking for - she deserves to be the centre of attention and loved for who she is!

She was terrible travelling in the car when she first came into care, but with lots of encouragement and nice trips, she now travels like a pro 😊 Loving her people, she has a little separation anxiety if you are not around, which we’re slowly working on. She is very loyal and wants to see where her human is at all times.

Snuffleupagus will enjoy a home that can offer a gentle daily walk and lots of quality time with her people. If you’re looking for your new best friend, who’d love nothing more than stroll to the cafe with you and be your shadow, you’ve found your girl!
