About Max DL2756
Max is a sweet and well behaved dog who wants lots of love and affection.
Just a young boy, he can get over excited when playing and seeing other people and animals. He loves cuddles and showing off his toys to everyone around him. Keep your ears at a safe distance, because they will be licked if too close!
Max’s energy levels can vary. In the mornings and afternoons he yearns for a walk, but is also very laid back once he has settled into the day. He spends his day mostly inside, but will go outside when he wants to use the bathroom or have a wander. He does well when left at home and hasn't done any chewing or digging.
He gets overexcited around other dogs (and cats) and doesn't know how to act. He's looking for an experienced dog owner who can help teach him dog social skills. He could go to a home with a tolerant dog pal pending slow introduction, or a home where he will be the only dog. He hasn't yet met any kids.
He is very quick to learn new cues and already knows Sit, Paw, Down, Wait, and Bed. He has been responding well to his lead training which will need some more practice. He loves people and is good in the car. He is a big love bug and just such a happy and loveable boy!
If you're ready to welcome this smiley boy into your life, email DFLadoption@gmail.com today to apply.
Medical notes
At 40kg, Max is a large sized dog. He is currently medicated for dermatitis.
