About Petra
Petra is a pretty little ginger girl who loves nothing better than to play with her siblings Ivor and Olivia and the other kittens she shares a foster home with. Petra isn’t fazed at all about the older purrs in the home – practically ignores them. Petra is playful and fun and a truly delightful little girl. She can be very demanding for her food – she loves food.
Petra has been:
- tried with children and loves them
- tried with other cats and kittens and loves them
- Untried with dogs – but young enough that with a proper introduction she will get along with them
Petra is 8 weeks old and her adoption fee of $210 includes:
- Desexing
- Vaccination
- Microchip
- Flea and worm treatments up to date of adoption
- Litter training
- Socialisation
- An adoption pack with some of her current wet and dry food, a carrier blanket, a set of toys and other goodies to get her started.
Petra is available to meet ahead of her desexing appointment at her foster carer's home in Christie Downs. However, social distancing will take place and potential adopters must agree to wear masks if required.
Petra is to be kept strictly indoors or with access to a secure cat enclosure/run.

Giving us this information helps us to know whether a cat or kitten you are enquiring about is a suitable match or if another may be more suitable.
Adoption details
Kittens and cats are adopted through their foster homes. Potential adopters are encouraged to contact Hisses to Purrs by phone, email or Facebook to arrange a meet and greet with the kitten they are interested in.
All kittens and cats are microchipped, vaccinated, desexed and parasite treated prior to adoption. There are no exceptions to this rule.
Pre-adoptions are available for adopters who wish to adopt a specific kitten or cat who has not reached weight for desexing, or who are awaiting their vet appointment. A minimum deposit can be made to pre-adopt a kitten awaiting their vet work. Kittens and cats remain in the care of Hisses to Purrs until desexing has occurred and in the case of female kittens and cats, until 5 days after desexing to give them time to heal.
All kittens and cats adopted through us must be kept indoors or have access to a secure cat enclosure. This is non-negotiable for the safety and health of our kittens and cats.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
