Ruby is a very sweet natured dog who wants to be near her people. In the morning she will do a yoga stretch off her bed and greet you with a big bum wag and will rest her head on your lap.

In general she is not a very active dog, however when the hose comes out she goes bananas. She’s a water dog, obsessed with the spray from the hose and likes to take a dip in her paddle pool when she’s hot. She also enjoys a game of fetch and chasing bugs and lizards.

Ruby is good by herself, however she prefers company and would need daily exercise as she may dig and chew when bored. She’s house trained, doesn't bark often and seems to have chosen a designated area of the garden to do her business.

Ruby is learning to walk on lead and knows sit and drop, however she needs more training to sit properly. She needs help getting into the car, however she can jump out on her own and is training to use a step.

She will do well with a little encouragement and in return she’ll give you a whole lot of love.
