About Cookie ~ Staffy X Puppy(On Trial 31/12/21)
Cookie is an 8 week old white and brindle Staffy X puppy who is looking for her forever home.
This little sweetheart loves to be by your side and snuggle with her foster carers. She is gentle and curious and very responsive. Cookie is currently in care with her siblings, another small dog and young children and gets along well with everyone so she has had a great social start to life.
Cookie would love a home where he is not left alone too much so she doesn’t get lonely and stressed. Ideally her owner would be home most of the time and she would love a friendly adult dog as a teacher and playmate. She will need to be welcomed as a member of the family, with access to indoors and a yard to run around in with secure fencing that is at least 6ft tall with no gaps. She will need regular walks for exercise and mental stimulation. As with most young pups, Cookie will benefit from puppy training and will require her new family to commit to ongoing socialisation and training to ensure she grows into the best dog she can be. She is coming along well with her toilet training and already knows how to use the doggie door.
As Cookie is not yet desexed, she is only available for adoption to Newcastle, Hunter Valley, Central Coast and Port Stephens because she will need to be returned to our vet for desexing when she is five months old.
PLEASE NOTE: Expressions of interest for Cookie are being taken at this stage as she is not available for immediate adoption.
