About Sugar
Come and Meet Sugar ****PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU APPLY****
Sugar came into care from a not so nice situation and we discovered that she was in pup. A few weeks later Sugar gave birth to her lovely puppies and has been one of the best mummas that we have had here at the shelter.
Sugar is a lovely dog - however she can be quite reactive to other dogs which makes any social interaction a challenge. She will need to go to a home where she can be controlled when walking - so experience is a must.
We were hoping that this was only due to her hormonal instincts - but seems not to be. She is very happy in a home situation and loves attention from her human - but if you are looking for a social "dog park" or "beach" dog then keep looking.
If you have a quiet home to offer and have some experience to put a bossy little mumma-bear in her place - Sugar has the potential to no doubt make someone a wonderful companion. She seems willing to interact nicely with people she meets - just not other animals.
Sugar is only a small dog in the scheme of things but obviously not as small as a poodle or chihuahua. She is affectionate and will be suited to a less busy home so we are looking for a home without full time children. Experienced retirees with a less social life - PERFECT!

Medical notes
All our Celebrities are wormed, flea treated on admission to the program. They are also vaccinated and microchipped. They are also sterilized or Adoption fees include a voucher for sterilization at our supporting vets if they are not already done.
Sugar has recovered from her recent sterilization so she is ready for her new adventure!!

All our "Celebrity Pets” are waiting to meet you at our shelter at 12 Midas Road, Malaga.
