About Charlie
CHARLIE is a very sweet-natured Kelpie/Australian Cattle Dog mix born on 10 July 2021. Although he has the deep chest of a Cattle Dog, he's quite a petite pup and weighs no more than 8 kgs at present.
Like all kelpie mixes, Charlie is clever, very trainable and eager to please his human family. He would make a delightful companion or family pet. He is very dog-friendly but is untested with cats.
To be happy and content, Charlie will need plenty of daily exercise and mental stimulation. Secure fencing is a must. He is best-suited to a home where someone is around most of the time and/or there is another compatible dog to play with. Prior experience with working dog breeds will be highly regarded.

Charlie's adoption fee is $650 and he was desexed on 14 December. He has had two C3 vaccinations and is microchipped.
Applicants must be prepared to travel to Warwick, Queensland to meet Charlie.
Adoption details
Dogs:
(1) The first step is to complete the online adoption application form at https://southerndownsark.com.au/apply-to-adopt/ Please answer all questions and include photos of your yard and fencing.
(2) All applications will be considered by our Adoption Team, following which a "meet and greet" will be offered to the top-ranking applicant.
(3) The "meet and greet" is held in Warwick, Queensland. If successful, the applicant may adopt the dog and take him or her home the same day.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
