About Goose
Goose is mainly black with some white patches. He is quieter than his brothers but no less adorable. Sometimes he sits back and lets them jump first, then when they are wrestling for prime position, he stalks past them with intelligence knowing he just beat them all. It is very funny. Goose has been raised with love and cuddles and affection and he is looking for a forever family who can give him this permanently.
Goose has been:
- tried with children and loves them
- tried with other cats and kittens and loves them
- Untried with dogs – but young enough that with a proper introduction he will get along with them
Goose is 10 weeks old and his adoption fee of $210 includes:
- Desexing
- Vaccination
- Microchip
- Flea and worm treatments up to date of adoption
- Litter training
- Socialisation
- An adoption pack with some of his current wet and dry food, a carrier blanket, a set of toys and other goodies to get him started.
Goose is available to meet ahead of his desexing appointment at his foster carer's home in Christie Downs. However, social distancing will take place and potential adopters must agree to wear masks if required.
Goose is to be kept strictly indoors or with access to a secure cat enclosure/run.
If you'd like to meet Goose, please fill out the form with your name, a bit about your family situation, any other pets you may have and any other information you may think is relevant.
Adoption details
Kittens and cats are adopted through their foster homes. Potential adopters are encouraged to contact Hisses to Purrs by phone, email or Facebook to arrange a meet and greet with the kitten they are interested in.
All kittens and cats are microchipped, vaccinated, desexed and parasite treated prior to adoption. There are no exceptions to this rule.
Pre-adoptions are available for adopters who wish to adopt a specific kitten or cat who has not reached weight for desexing, or who are awaiting their vet appointment. A minimum deposit can be made to pre-adopt a kitten awaiting their vet work. Kittens and cats remain in the care of Hisses to Purrs until desexing has occurred and in the case of female kittens and cats, until 5 days after desexing to give them time to heal.
All kittens and cats adopted through us must be kept indoors or have access to a secure cat enclosure. This is non-negotiable for the safety and health of our kittens and cats.
